48-year-old male with windswept deformity of knees due to rheumatoid arthritis, both femoral lateral condyles are hypoplastic. Left tibia has a medial bone defect of 20 mm. Treated with long stem prostheses for tkr (total knee replacement) with semi-constrained liners. For the left knee bone defect, bone grafting was done with cc screw fixation.
In such extensively damaged knees it is important to keep all options in hand and pre-plan properly preferably on the computer to give optimum result.
